Aged Hands
Hands are an essential asset of seduction for any woman. Having soft wrinkle free hand gives a woman the confidence to shake them with a man. After a woman’s face her hands are the most visible of body parts. So, is there a way by which we get rid of our aged hands? Do we have an answer to the question, how to make hands look young?

My Hands look old and wrinkled
Whether it's the face or other parts of the body, the skin's first enemy is the sun. And whatever the season, it will always be exposed to UV rays (which also cause skin cancer). Not to mention bad weather: wind, cold, rain.
Our hands are important for all our activities. Hence they become more vulnerable to attacks and various pollutions such as certain chemical products. Different women have different skin types.
Normal, dry, oily or a combination are different types on skin. Hence the degree of resistance to attack is different. For example, some people can't stand the use of dishwashing liquid.

Make hands look younger
The basic rules
Start by taking some precautionary measures to prevent aged hands. If it is very important to wash your hands with a good soap to avoid spreading bacteria, especially in times of flu and gastro epidemics, it is useless to abuse this gesture which destroys the hydrolipidic film of the skin.
You can use gloves for washing dishes and housework, which also protect you from exposure to chemicals. Opt for soaps with a neutral pH, which respect the hands and above all, fight against the harmful effects of the sun by applying sunscreen regularly, and not only in summer.
Hydrate your hands
As the primary reasons for wrinkle formation is dryness it’s necessary to stay as hydrated as possible. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water. Your need for water depends on your weight. But it’s recommended to drink a minimum of six glasses of water.

Protect your hands from UV Radiation
The sun’s harmful UV radiation is known to cause skin cancer. It’s also known to accelerate the formation of wrinkles and thereby leading to aged hands.
We have been told from childhood by our parents to use a good sunscreen when we move out of the house. Dermatologists recommend a SPF of at least 30.
A good sunscreen will protect your hands from the harmful effects of the sun’s UV radiation. If it is not possible to use sunscreen for some reason then you can wear a pair of gloves when you move out of the house.
Exfoliate your hands
We assume that scrubs are effective only on the face and lips. When you apply it to your hands they help eliminate dead cells and soften the skin while erasing the traces of aging.
You can prepare an exfoliant at your home. Take a spoonful of honey. Mix it with half a spoonful of sugar. Add a spoonful of vegetable oil (almond, coconut or olive.

A Good night sleep
Nothing can deny the importance of a good night’s sleep. We need to sleep for at least 7 hours a day. When we sleep our skin makes new collagen which prevents the formation of wrinkles.
