Papaya antioxidant mask

For this mask you need 30 g of papaya, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and a tea spoon of almond oil. Take 30 g of papaya and blend it in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of almond oil. Blend till you get a soft emulsion to spread. If the mixture is too liquid to call a mask then you can add half a teaspoon of rice starch. Once the mask is ready put it on the face, neck and eyes and leave it for 15 minutes. Use this mask for twice a month.

Papaya is a fruit that is rich in antioxidants and minerals. This will help you to get rid of free radicals in your skin and prevent wrinkles on your face. This in turn will make your face look younger and smoother.

Also don’t hold the position too long to avoid fatigue. Finally lightly flutter your eyelashes with your eyes open to relax them.

The aim of this exercise is to raise the oval of the face by acting on the muscles which connects the two jaws. This muscle relaxes with age and this exercise will strengthen it. In this exercise you will have to lower your jaw as much as possible. Now rest your index finger on the lower molars. Then try to close your mouth. But your index fingers must resist this. You need to practice this daily for 2 minutes. Finally open your mouth slowly and turn from right to left with your head bent forward.  This will help you to relax.
