Hair care after childbirth

Post pregnancy there is a sharp decreases in the production of estrogen. This can affect the overall health of your hair. Your hair will become dry and brittle. You may also suffer from hair loss from the roots. This will lead to a balding head and eventually make you look older.

You need to protect your hair. To do this use a good shampoo on your hair. After using a shampoo don’t forget to use a conditioner.
