Loose skin tightening exercises

The first exercise that we have will concentrate on your cheeks. Smile widely and place your index fingers on the cheekbones just below the eyes. Apply pressure and lift the cheeks towards the eyes. Hold the position for 5 seconds and release. Repeat this for 10 times.

The next exercise that we have is for the jaw. Open your mouth wide and use your index fingers to apply pressure to the lower jaw. Push the jaw forward and hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

For your forehead we have the forehead lift. Here you will have to place your fingers on the forehead and gently pull down to stretch the skin. Hold this position for 5 seconds and release. Repeat this for 10 times.

The neck area is another place where you can get saggy skin. Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Place your fingers on the neck and apply pressure. Hold for 5 seconds and release. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

For the wrinkles around your eyes you will need to close your eyes tightly and hold for 5 seconds. Then relax and repeat for 10 times.
