For this mask you need 2 tablespoons of milk cream and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix the two ingredients till you get a homogeneous cream. Wash your face with a facial cleanser. Then apply the cream on your face. After 15 minutes rinse the paste off. You need to use this paste twice a week to see results.
Milk based mask for a radiant face
The lactic acid in skin can act as an exfoliant. Which means that it can remove dead skin cells and impurities. This will give rise to new skin cells which will make your skin look radiant. This mask will also include honey. The moisturizing effects of honey will make a hydrating mask, which will achieve a glowing face.
For this mask you will need 2 tablespoon of powdered milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of water. You need to mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl. Do this till you get a creamy paste. Now as usual clean your face with a facial cleanser. Keep it on the face for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.
You can use this mask for twice a week. You will see results in a few months’ time.
Milk skin care for greasy faces
You get a greasy face when there is an excess production of fat in the face. This is an annoying and unsightly condition for those who have to deal with it. Milk has its cooling properties which makes it ideal to deal with this condition. Also its ability to regulate the pH levels is another advantage.
For this mask you need 1 tablespoon of cornmeal and 6 tablespoons of liquid milk. Add the two ingredients in a bowl and mix them till a paste is formed. Apply the product in a thin layer and let it dry. Then wash it with water. Do this 3 times a week.
Milk skin mask against open pores
Due to its astringent action, milk can reduce pore size to prevent formation of blackheads, by reducing sebum production. But for this you will need to use sour milk. Sour milk has more concentration of nutrients.
For this mask you will need 1 tablespoon of sour milk and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel. You need to mix the two ingredients till you get a homogeneous mask. Spread the mask all over your face, massaging slowly. Emphasis on the T zone. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Finally rinse.
