You need to start by washing your hands thoroughly. This is important to prevent the introduction of any bacteria into the mask. You will need a quarter cup of natural mud, like Dead Sea mud. This has to come from a reputable source. You will also have to mix the mud with some water to get desired consistency.
Take a clean small bowl. Mix the mud with apple cider vinegar and aloe vera, till you get a smooth paste. To this add a few drops of your favourite essential oil. This will add fragrance to the mask.
Clean your face and apply the mixture to your face. Avoid the eye area. Keep the mask on your face for 15 minutes so that it can dry. Rinse the mask off with warm water. You can then apply moisturizer to your face.
