For this mask you need 3 tablespoons of oats flakes, 2 tablespoons of yogurt. You can use water instead of yogurt, though I prefer using yogurt for it is rich in lactic acid which can act as a moisturizer.

Blend the 3 tablespoon of oats in a blender to make a fine flour. Mix the oat flour and yogurt or water as per your choice. Mix well till you get a fine paste. Apply this scrub on your face with your fingers. Leave the scrub for 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Don’t forget to first cleanse your face. Also after rinsing the scrub you will need apply moisturizer on your face. As always first do a patch test i.e. test the scrub on the inside of your elbows to see if there are any allergies or unwanted reactions.
