When it comes to improving skin elasticity aloe vera is one of the best items. It has malic acid a substance that improves skin elasticity. Along with honey it can help you to tighten your skin.
For this mask you will need 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and 1 tablespoon of honey. You will need to extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Mix it with the honey. Now use this product on the neck and face. Keep it on for 15 minutes and wash with cool water. Do this for at least three times a week.
Egg white and yogurt
Egg whites are believed to be natural exfoliants. This will help you to remove dead skin cells while nourishing your sagging skin. Combining egg white with healthy ingredient like yogurt will enhance its effect and achieve more satisfactory results.
To make this cream you will need 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 egg white. Pour the yogurt in a container and add the egg white. Mix the ingredients till you get a cream. Apply this cream on your face and neck. Keep this for half an hour. Then rinse it with cool water. Do this for twice a week.
Essential oil massage
Massages with essential oils on the face and neck area can be useful to preserve the firmness of the skin. Examples of such oils are olive, coconut and grape seed. Essential oils are rich in anti-oxidants. They also help to preserve moisture. Finally they are known to prevent breakdown of elastin which keeps the skin firm.
For this you need two tablespoons of the above mentioned oil. Use any one of your choice. Heat the oil in a microwave. When it is bearable in temperature apply it to the face massaging gently. Use your fingertips to massage and make sure the oil is absorbed. Repeat this every night before going to bed.
